Hi, I sell these stoves for Craig and I do agree he can be hard to reach but if you would like you can call me at 217-474-8172 and I can take care of you. I live in Illinois and can have these boilers delivered anywhere. I have 3 stoves in right now, 2 500's and 1 750. Thanks
