After a little digging around online, I found Outdoorstovesupplies.com carries the Woodmaster boiler treatment. Shipping is $9 for a 1 gallon container. That'll work for me.

Hello everyone.

My name is Josh and I live in Upstate NY. I've had a Woodmaster 4400 for a couple of years now. I'm ready to drain my furnace and treat it with fresh boiler treatment. My problem is that the dealer that I bought the unit from has closed up shop and the closest dealer to buy boiler treatment from is nearly an hour away. I've called the local plumbing supply store and they have some kind of additive that cost $50/gallon and will only treat 50 gallons. That's a little too rich for my blood.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for me?  Thanks for any help.

Fire Wood / Re: TYPE of CHAIN SAWS USED

I have a 16" Stihl MS270c for the bigger stuff I cut. I've had it for about 7 years now and I've yet to see another comparable saw scream like mine does. My limb saw is a 14" Stihl MS 180c. It's super lightweight and does a good job on the smaller stuff.

My father in law has a couple Husky's and they're not bad either, also a bit cheaper than the Stihls.

I burn only wood with exception to whatever cardboard rubbish we accumulate from time to time.
