Title: used cozeburn 450

found a used cozeburn 450 used for sale $3500 and have a friend looking for a standard boiler.   

Does anyone have pros or cons about this boiler?  Its a 2008 model year.

But there a good dependable and heavily built stove

Weighs 2800 bone dry
