General Outdoor Furnace Discussion / OWB burn time

I have a Ridgewood 6000 and I have my temperature differential set at 10 degrees and I was wondering if that is good or if it should be set differently. Which way will burn less wood.

I have 200ft of closed loop to a heat exchanger with the option of adding a brazed plate exchanger.  What size pump do I need and does it need to be a three speed.  My pex is 1in

I have a Ridgewood 6000sqft model circulates 140 gallons. I presently have a fuel oil furnace not sure of Btu's.
House size is roughly 2000sqft. Built in 1976 and very well insulated brick ranch. I am using 1in pex also.

First time boiler owner and I'm not sure what size pump to buy.
My boiler is about 60ft from my house and another 25 in the house to my furnace, any suggestions out there and where to buy it.
