So last weekend, I rented the ram style, skid loader, log splitter.  It busted on me.  This weekend,  it wasn't fixed yet but I was about out of wood, and had a big stack of heavy logs left to split.

Did some research and found a place that rented one of those screw type splitters that I mentioned in the other thread.   Will post pics and details tomorrow....
