Wood Doctor / wood doctor creosote

Hi Everyone I have a question about creosote dripping out of the door on a Wood Doctor owb? My buddy has one and it has a bad drip coming off the front loading door. It is bad enough that it ate into the concrete the furnace is sitting on!Just thought I would run it past you guys. Thanks for the help Tim

Hi Everyone! Im new to the forum but have been using a owb for a while. Really neat to read about all the furnace information on the site and different opinions about stoves etc.  Thanks Tim
