My dealer has 2 of these brand new are they any good?
No grates or ash pan to my understanding and a fan in the back. Any other info?

It's a simple basic 409 SS furnace. Not as efficient as the G models for sure but they work well.
Built for commercial installation where you need minimal learning curve.
Similar to the old Eco3000. We sold a bunch and they're still running. With the EPA law these old style units are commercial only.

Fire burns on an ash bed..Rake the coals to one side every couple months and shovel out ash.

Probably similar to the aqua-therm I had at my old house
