Empyre 250 For sale

Looking to sell my Empyre 250.  I want to upgrade to a larger unit.  Very well kept up unit,  new damper acuator, new temp controller.  Is not a gasser unit.  Is conventional boiler.  Burns about what ever you wanna put in it.  Would include 16ft of stainless stack.  Has new heat (blower) tubes installed this fall.  Very good unit, is still in operation.  willing to take offers on complete unit and stack,  May be willing to throw in a couple 15-99 opumps also if price is right.  Delivery avaliable for 45 cent a mile.  Thanks

hey, a friend of mine is putting his house in urbandale, ia up for sale and moving to macksburg, ia.  We saw your ad for the Empyre 250. 
First, do you still have it for sale?  Can you send pictures to racnruss@hotmail.com? How old? And what are the blower tubes that were replaced? Do you have a price in mind?
