The second part of that is the biggest bulls::t I have ever heard.  What about grand fathering?  I would have to fight that one in court.  And election time, some new people in office. I'm glad I live in a township with no zoning. They put it on the ballet and got hammered.

That's what I really like about this board. It's full of people with common sense, who try to help each other instead of getting in a pissing match every thread.

The problem I have is I am only a few counties away.  I am sure something like this is headed my way.  They washed their hands of all liability, even if deemed unconstitutional.  Screw you the resident, no matter what!  You MUST PAY for your heat!  A little odd that minority rules in many parts of this "free" country.  Strange that someone does not like or understand something, it must become illegal for all.

Well, when they have town hall meetings they are supposed to inform residents to give them their 5 minutes to dispute. Some don't give this notice. And that's an automatic throw out in court. See this is where all our tax dollars go to fund these grants and studies by biased parties. Then those studies become official and that's what they use as proof and ammunition to make or enforce these laws. The little guy does not have the money or resources to fight this battle. The OWB manufacturers would be smart to install free heat for some top attorneys and scientist and have their own studies.

A lot of this harmful smoke study has been disproven in regards to cigs, trash incinerators, coal, biomass energy at sewage plants. But this is where billions were at stake and they had to spend millions of their own money to disprove the taxpayer funded joke studies. Happens in a lot of fields. How do politicians take a job that pays fractions of what they were making in the free market. Oh it's not for the love of country in 99% of the cases! it's to manipulate the market in their area of expertise. The poorest senator is a multimillionaire , it's all carefully hidden away,you see what they want you to see, you do what they want you to do.....

Fight the good fight, and battle with facts and plenty of info if you wanna have a chance

Nobody  listens to the public anymore.
The ones in command, they decide how they are gona DO it.
then they call a ameeting with the public to, make us believe they want to listen,,,and then they think about it for a few weeks,,then they do what they had decided in the first place.
I have lived in a few places in my years,,all over they are the same.
