Pretty much any relay with a 24v ac coil and contacts rated at least 120v will work. I have a big drawer of relays at the office and will see if there are any 24vac in it. If there are you can have one for the postage cost if you want it.

I forgot to look today. Will try to remember tomorrow. I know there are a lot of 24v dc relays in there but not sure about AC.

Yes, I did. You should be able to use push on connectors or solder wires to it.
It was a 3pdt relay so there are 6 connections for contacts but you only need to use 2 of them.

For the thermostat side, connect 120v to the primary of the transformer. Then run one of the secondary wires to the R terminal on the thermostat and the other to one of the coil connections on the relay. Then run a wire from the W on the thermostat to the other side of the relay coil.
If your using a digital thermostat that doesn't use batteries then you need to run a wire from the transformer to the thermostat.

Then for the wiring on the blower, wire the neutral and ground direct. Run the hot to the common of one of the poles and the wire to the fan to the normally open contact. Just look through the side of the relay to see where they are. If you hook up the thermostat you can turn it on and off and see the contacts moving.

I hope this made sense. If not let me know and I will try again.  ;D

A and B are the coil connections. That is the 24v part. The 120v goes through one of the contacts. I will have to look at one tomorrow if you need to know what the numbers are. You should be able to just look through the side though.

Do you see the arm with the contacts on it? There is a wire going from the bottom of that to one of the terminals. That is the common. The contact that is isn't touching is the other connection that you need to use. There are 3 sets of them but you will only be using one of them. (unless you want to run the neutral through it too but not usually done)

I think it cost about $2 for postage.
