Looks like you will be plumbing it into the house real soon.  I didnt notice if you indicated where you live but I can say you have some great looking real estate in the back ground of your pics.  Would you mind telling what thickness of steel you used for your firebox?

I live in southwest VA, next to VA Tech, in the appalachian mountains. I've got some good pics of the scenery, I'll see if I can dig them up.

The firebox is all 1/4" plate. I hope to have it fired up in the next week, or so....

I watched your video today. Very impressive build. I'm getting kind of anxious to get mine up and running. I need to get somebody out to dig my ditch, which has been difficult due to the weather. I may have to just rent a mini ex, and knock it out myself. Now that the fabrication is done, I'm going to have ot decide soon.

Sometimes I think we're everybody's enemy. We are in for some down years for a while on the football field....

At least ya'll have got a little bit of culture over there. It's like a string of ghost towns around here nowadays....

Yea, Floyd is a nice little town to live in. I think it has found a way to stay alive while many other small towns are stumbling.

Yeah rent a small track hoe or something don't do like i did and have the bright idea of digging it by hand to save a few bucks, which by the way did not work. Ran into a big rock about 8 inches deep .dug all day didn't get anywhere. Went next day rented small track hoe dug ditch back to rental place by noon with rental. Used my tractor with scrape blade to backfill latter. Live and learn don't we. Wife just laughed said I told you to go ahead and rent what you need.
Looks like you are getting close , keep us posted. I watched video to Very impressive!!!
