General Outdoor Furnace Discussion / Last winter with the forest eater

Well I've been at it cutting boat loads of wood. I'm cutting extra this year as to prepare more seasoned wood for next year. I got to see my friends e classic in action last winter and couldn't believe how much less wood he used to heat more space. Now I'm at square one again doing some research for a possibility of purchasing a gasification boiler. My buddies in my ear for a central but I'm not a fan of the design so I'm thinking Heatmaster G or  P&M. I'm just excited to do the research its like being a kid looking at new toys. Unfortunately trying to find dealers near me for those brands is like trying to find an honest politician lol.

Does anyone know anything about Central Boilers New classic edge epa boilers. There web shows some Info but not a lot. The price point on these new units look enticing for a gasser.$6490 msrp for the 350 and $7990msrp for the 550

RidgeWood Stoves, defunct, support only / thermostat ?

I've been playing around with my new boiler getting it rdy for winter and I don't see how to change the temperature differential. Stock it's @ 180 with a 9 degree dip. I'm guessing that's fine but I see some of you run a 7 degree dip and I might want to try that as I learn my heating demands and burning habits

Site Suggestions / Cant login

I would like to know if there is a issue with logins for any other member. I have been unable to login under my existing User name and password. I tried requesting a new password using my user name ELVIS1 and email with no avail for about a week. I tried to register under a my other yahoo account but never got sent my confirmation code so I created a tc3 net email and that worked perfect. Any help would be great.
