Does any other Hawken owner, or other manufacturer owner for that matter, have lot of smoke coming out the load door when filling.  I have tried just cracking the door to let it vent but still get a bunch rolling out at me. Makes it hard to rake and fill.  Only the start of my second month with my unit. Still learning the curve.   Also wondering if stack height makes a difference as I have only have a cap on my unit.

You can try making more draft with more pipe.
My heatmasterss G-200 has a smoke bypass handle that turns the exhaust fan on and opens the smoke bypass door at the same time. Pulling the smoke inside and away from the loading door. Yea my girl doesn't smell like smoke anymore. 👍👍👍👍 she likes that also.
