Anyway you can see the general idea of my project.
there will be a 6'x6'x1' water jacket on each side where you see the open ends of the tubes,and another on the top.
With 3 water jackets and tube content I'm figuring around 1,200 gal. water storage.
Figuring today about insulating doors.
Has anyone tried filling the inside of doors with clay?

Wondering what the K-Wool is you used to insulate your doors?Maybe magnesium silicate?
How did the doors stand up to the heat?
I would like to do something similar to my doors instead of water filled-cooled.

Just joined ,Wanted to say looking forward to sharing my new boiler building project with all of you and getting ideas for improvement on it as I proceed.
Will post pictures and other stuff soon as I read how to do it.
Waited too late to do that this morning,got to get to shop and start fire.
So,HELLO and good buy for now,be back this afternoon.
