Burning Christmas Tree
« on: January 02, 2012, 06:47:27 PM »

First time ever, I cut up my Christmas tree and burned it in the OWB.  Wow!  I think it is more flammable than gasoline!  Threw in a bunch of limbs, turned around, got another armful, turned back around and there were flames shooting out the door like 3 feet!  This was a fir tree.

Fortunately, I still have eyebrows!

Makes me miss the big old Pacific Western boiler 8)
I always put them in whole. Just had to bend the top over to get the door closed. I even thought about going and collecting them from along the road one time. Lol
