First time boiler owner and I'm not sure what size pump to buy.
 My boiler is about 60ft from my house and another 25 in the house to my furnace, any suggestions out there and where to buy it.

What's it going to?  What type of heating system?  If you explain the design we'll be able to help but we'll needs some more information.

I have a Ridgewood 6000sqft model circulates 140 gallons. I presently have a fuel oil furnace not sure of Btu's.
House size is roughly 2000sqft. Built in 1976 and very well insulated brick ranch. I am using 1in pex also.

Does your boiler you have no do forced air or is it a radiant system?

You could potentially separate the 2 boilers with a plate exchanger, the stove would heat the water in your existing boiler and it would as it does now just using no fuel oil

No.  I mean in your home, is it a forced air system or do you have radiant like radiant baseboards or flooring?

So we're you planning on doing a boiler tie system where both units can remain operational or were you going to put in new heat exchangers in your ducts

You could likely new a grundfos 15-58 or something along those lines would be fine.

Dealers also have some private label pumps that could save you some money perhaps.
