Sluggo, it was -10 to -15 down here quite a bit this winter.  We've had more mornings below zero than I care to count and even the last 2 mornings were -4 and -2.

Although we rarely get the -30 stuff, our winters can be very bad as well.

Let's compare apples to apples here guys.  I also have a 10,000 1/2e.  I have no blower over the top!  I'm guessing kybaseball is from Kentucky?  I would kill to get 24hr burn times but I chose to live in Wisconsin!  If I want 24 hr burn times I will have to run into June!  Today was the first day above 10 all winter it seems like.  But I guess the colder it is the more we save!

No one is trying to say we should all be getting the same burns.  I say right in my signature at the bottom I'm in southern Indiana.  I get 24 hour burns when the average temp is around freezing.  I load for 12 when below. 

What my post was about, is all winter I have been burning soft wood and rotten wood and now I've gotten into some really good hardwood.  I was just updating the guys on my updated burn times.  Side note:  Mr. Sluggo, I have the 1/2E as well.  E unit without air above.
