Title: Parts Sold to Ridgewood by Z Supply, Warranty

This is Jeff the owner at Z Supply, LLC. Ridgewood was one of our best customers and we supplied them with much of the insulated pipe they sold, also many pumps, heat exchangers and pump flanges. I want the customers of Ridgewood Stoves to know we will continue to honor the warranty for parts we provided. Because we are not doing business with the company that used to be Ridgewood, these issues need to be addressed directly to us.

You can tell if your insulated pipe is ours, it has a distinctive white outer casing. Pumps would be Honeywell or Grundfos. A proof of purchase, would of course be required.

We are also working to stock the replacement parts most often needed by Ridgewood owners and have opened a Ridgewood specific web site at www.ridgewoodparts.com. We will continue to add parts as what is needed becomes apparent. If you visit please fill out the newsletter form so we can keep you informed.

I am saddened to see what has happened to Ridgewood and understand how frustrating that must be to you boiler owners. But please be aware that we cannot help with issues pertaining to the boiler itself, warranty for parts we did not supply or issues with the company.

This is how an actual stand up company operates!!!! Unlike the fool that runs Ridgewood.
