Return water temperature????

Wondering what everyone's return temps are? last year mine was about 15-18 degree drop. Today i saw a 160 feed temp and a 120 return. I have made a few changes since then---I need to check a few things out and i'll repost...... ???

Jon I have 60 plate heat exchanger, when AHU is calling for heat there is about 12-13 deg drop between OWB Supply and return at exchanger.
40 deg drop!! sounds like something has changed .
Curious to here what you find.

I checked temp differance this afternoon after I got home on HW coil there was 12-15 deg. differance.

I purged the feed lines at different locations and rechecked temps. I then had a 15 degree difference. Checked alittle later and had a 20 drgree difference. Probably just a little air in the system. I did a 100gl. water heater install with dual flatplate exchangers  this past summer. Probably just alittle air.....
