Anyone know where i can Find Logstor pipe in Michigan?????? I have been looking and calling all over....trying NOT to have to pay ridiculous shipping. There is a CB dealer about 30 min away where i can get thermopex, but i would prefer to get logstor if i can find it some what close.
The original 3 wrap pex that was in the ground when i moved into this place is losing 5 degrees from the boiler to the house......no good!!!!
THANKS

HAHA, wise man.
I know of a factory distributor for Heatmaster in Ohio that has rolls and rolls of it, send me a PM if you end up needing another source for it.

PM sent.....local dealer here wants 13.99/ft.....CD dealer wants 12/ft for thermopex

Where did you find logstor in mid-Michigan?
-
Not sure what size I.D. Lodstor is but this dealer has pex up to 1 1/2" at pretty good prices. Here is the link www.badgerinsulatedpipe.com in case your still looking.
-
My local heatmor dealer in Manchester carries Logstor
-
What is he asking for the logstor? Was that the $13.99 you posted or a different place?
-
Is it picked up at his place? Is shipping extra? I sell locally within 50 miles of any scheduled trip at $14.50 delivered to the ditch here in the northeast.
-
How much do you need? The cheapest I have found it is eBay 1" 9.49 ft $350 shipping and 1 1/4" $10.89 $299 shipping
-
Slim it is 13.99 for pick-up...its only 30 miles from my place
I only need 70 ft for my house run.....shop run is only 15 ft....i made my own lines in 6 inch drain tile for that small run and its working great
-
god i really dont want to have to dig up the old lines and lay new lines.....grrrrrrrrr. I know its what i need to do tho....the ground isnt even frozen yet and im aready reading 2-3 degree loss one way from stove to house....and its only a 70ft run. I think mid winter last year i was reading 5-7 degree loss just from house to boiler....someone do the math??? thats a lot of BTU going to the ground!!!!!

Green Valley Heating in London, Ontario has lots at around $15/foot Canadian. Two hours from Port Huron and you can take advantage of the exchange. You could also pick up a clean used 200 for $4500 and bring it back to the land of the EPA
