Will do. Won't be receiving it until July, but I'll have many questions about what I need for the install

I put a deposit on a BL 28-40. Thanks to Brian, Slim and all the BL series owners here for all the help and info. It made the decision that much easier.

Good to hear. Ya Slim, I spoke to Brian last week and he told me they sell the Logstor. I'll probably be getting everything than I need from him. Much easier that way since I doubt I would find much of what big need around here

I'll be using Logstor for sure. Might as well do it right the first time

I'm definitely leaning that way. Just trying to decide which model is the right one for the job. Gonna be heating 2400 Sq ft in a 1.5 story house with dhw and 1200 Sq ft in a shop with 10 ft walls that will have in floor heat.
Out here in Nova Scotia we don't get the cold like the rest of the country. Probably see 5f a few times per winter, but it's usually in around 15f to 20f. From what I've heard from some guys using the 28 40, it's all I should need. I just need to pull the trigger now

I know I've talked with some of you guys already, but I was wondering how everyone likes them so far? Thinking about getting one of these and wanting to know if there is anything I need to look out for

It on my oil furnace. I know that's not what this site is about, but I'm stumped. I have an old 2 wire Honeywell and want to hook up an rth2300b1020 in it's place. There's only two wires coming to the old one and the terminals aren't marked so I have no idea where to put them on the new one. I went to check at the furnace and they aren't labeled there either. Any idea what terminals to hook up to on the new one? Thanks

I decided to order the cs X. Some glad I did. Very easy to use and does an excellent job. Didn't realize how bad of a job I was doing trying to file by hand until now. We'll worth the money

Plumbing / Re: rehau underground pipe
« on: September 12, 2013, 02:20:24 PM »
I see that they now have a few different kinds. Is the insulpex the one that is commonly used and r u familiar with the other one? I think it's rauvitherm.
The 11/4 inch rehau should be the same inside diameter as the 1 inch Logstor, correct? The guy i spoke to today is selling 1 inch for $13 a foot ( I'm in canada). There is a guy about 6 hrs away that has Logstor and wants $16 per foot and around $300 to ship it. The fella with the rehau is 20 mins up the road. Maybe I could get a price on the 11/4 just to see what the difference would be.
