So I just got home and my stove damper is open. Well I am getting kinda upset about this I looked real hard at this and it seem like the solenoid was not energized but still sucked up, I sprayed the crap out of it with pb blaster it didn't seem to be sticking or binding. I hope I didn't burn off and of the sprayed insulation I think I'm going to call Ridgewood and just give them a heads up I don't want a warranty issue one day because of this. Now I need more solution 101 to add. I still need to send in my water sample and what not.

I had a problem with my aquastat doing weird up and down temps. They sent out a new aquastat and when I exchanged it I noticed the wiring in the back of the stat was pretty crappy. One of the legs was loose which could of been my problem and which could be your problem too

I don't think that is the issue I only say that because the solenoid is not energized. I simply touch the Draft door and it shuts. I oiled the cap out of it with pb blaster. I hope that does the trick
