Wow already lol...Im already to fire up again...Replaced the door rope yesterday..It wiil be a few more weeks till the first fire of the season  ;D

Yeah,  30's for a low. Following a high of 96° last Tuesday, and 90° Wednesday. Nothing like mid summer to late fall temps in three days!

I know what you are saying about the hot water im just glad i installed a tempering valve on my water heater outlet.
