I have a question about what wire or wires for the thermostat. I have a Taco SR504 4 zone relay, and a Honeywell THM 5320R wireless thermostat. I am only using 1 zone for now. Question is what letters do I run to the taco thermostat connections I have the power part done 2 wires and some jumpers. I just need to send a signal back to the Taco telling when to come on and off. Any help would be welcomed.

I don't use that particular relay, but if you could post a picture of the terminals or at least list them would probably be enough to figure it out.

"C" in the "power" section of the terminals is the common. Looks like you have several options on what to trigger it with, and without reading the entire manual and knowing the unit's capabilities I'd say use the 1st stage compressor output which is labeled "Y" in the "equipment" section.
Keep in mind that those relays are only rated at .6 amps and 1 amp and the output is going to be 24VAC so you'll need the use the appropriate relay unless your taco happens to fall within those requirements.

On the thermostat end, just use the connections as if it was a regular furnace. It should be R, W and C that you would use. You just connect them to the matching R and W terminals in the Taco relay. The C will be common for all zones so if/w when you use more zones, those all stack on the 24vac common terminal.

Here are some pictures of what I am trying to achieve. I want to run the 24VAC and the Common from the Taco to power the Honeywell the Common goes to the C and the 24VAC to the R not sure if I need a separate transformer to do that. I have one zone for now might have another 2 in a few years but for now just this one zone. I have the taco zone 1 wired to my circulator pump 120v output. I am confused as to what I wire back to the T and T on zone 1 thermostat from the Honeywell. I do not have a furnace installed I just want to shut my circulator on and off. I included a drawing of the taco relay. Sorry for the delay closed first picture post 3/4 of the way through it and had to go help my parents. I never had to mess with furnace wiring before. So you have to excuse the thick headedness here.

Can you post a better picture that can see the markings on the control boards?

You need to just connect it like I said earlier. W to W, R to R and C to COM.

W to W, R to R and C to COM. I can find the COM and R on the Honeywell and I assume r is the 24VAC on the taco. The W eludes me on the taco and I assume It is the first W O/B on the honeywell, it is why I am confused.

It is likely the same as in the attachment I linked above. To be sure would require a volt meter. It just try it and see if it blows a fuse.
The Honeywell has the c, w and r clearly marked.

Just throw it out there, a electrician friend absolutely refuses to use this cute push connectors like in your one photo. Being a ground its probably fine. But he’s posted numerous pictures of burnt wiring and fried wires in a outlet box.

Finally got it going works great . Thank you everyone for all your help. I hope those cute connectors are not to bad I have a bathroom full of them.
