Outdoor Wood Furnace Info

I currently have a heatmaster mf5000...connected to a forced air furnace that is heating my home great.. Only problem is I have one extremely cold Room my living room is always cold.. It's a sunk in room two steps down from the main house with a crawl space underneath.. It feels as tho all the cold air is sinking from the main house to this room. Would love to add some under floor heating in this room.. Someone has suggested to me to cut into the main boiler return line and tee off a loop with a small rec. Pump and run a single pex loop under the floor of this room then tee back into the main boiler return line about 20 past the original boiler return tee.
Would this setup work.. Or would I be wasting my time.. My hope is not to really heat the room.. Just warm it up a little.. As the room already has the forced air furnace heating it.

I can see the cold air sinking theory being sound, do you have any cold air returns in the low spot? Slims suggestion should help greatly. How well insulated is the crawl space?
