We're installing a Hardy in the next few weeks for Dad.. Probably an H4. He's headed down to make the downpayment.
This is a 150yr old farmhouse. We have a Heil N8MPN100F14 gaspack airhandler assembly in the basement, which we intend to convert for the OWB.
We've already removed the gas pack assembly from the airhandler, and are putting a Hardy large size radiator in it (largest that will fit).
The issue is this:
We anticipate the airhandler will 'lockout' as it will not see a flame on the flame sensor (which is there).
How do we bypass the flame sensor on the circuit board? Is there a way to 'trick' the controller into seeing flame all the time, or is there a thermal system one can drop in which will mimic a flame sensor?

You should be able to run the unit in fan only mode with the outdoor boiler. No need to worry about flame sensor and such.
