Hey slimjim, I will have aprox 125 ft of logstar outside and 40 ft of 1" copper inside to the heat ex. Is this going to be good
or bad ? With this length and size what grunfos pump do you think I will need ?

Im working on that now. Im heating 3200 sq ft of house with baseboard and 1600 sq ft of radiant floor in my shop. I am working
on the heat loss now.

What is the proper method (can involve actual math) to calculate a dwelling's heat load and losses?   :-\

Sloppy, if you google heat loss calculator it wil give you a bunch of websites. It is just fill in the blankes from there. If you have
a local heating supply house they should have the software also but may charge for there time. Taco has software that you can download also for free.
