It is done Slopster, the original is mortared in but there is no need to do that, especially on the replacement
Good deal then for Optimizer owners!  WOOT!

Just wanted to let KarlK and others know I have had the nozzle in for three days now and so far has been running great
Thanks KarlK for a great part, it hasn't plugged up at all in the three days running. The only problem was how P&M told me to remove the old nozzle. It will not come out the way the factory told me to remove it  :bash: :bash: :bash:

They said to just pry it up from the bottom. This separated the joint in the main refractory and that's when I stopped and spoke with slimjim. Whom ever thought the nozzle should be mortared in at the factory should rethink there engineering skills  :bash:. This nozzle
was in so tight it had to be broken apart from the top side with a support from the bottom.
