which company has the best warranty on the market // I mean who has the best warranty that they stand by there warranty that seems to be the problem with these companies  no one wants to stand by there craftmanship

I have a stove purchased in 08   leaking  imagine that  has anyone gotten anywere with them on warranty issues or is just me they said they would pick my stove up and repair it  it has been a no show so far/// now I get no reply at all from them
