This is John Ainlay again, the one that Arthur Turple and Brian Nadeau and Rick Fulcher ripped off for $42,700 last month......Please keep the comments coming, they are helping our investigators.  Anyone out there, please help me find these guys.  I don't even know how to put out a full blast on this forum so everyone will see it.  EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW WHAT THESE GUYS KEEP DOING TO UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE.  THEY CANNOT GET AWAY WITH IT!!!!!!!!!!.........THANKS EVERYONE

I have been taken for $42,700.  i applied for a dealership back in September and October of 2011 and have been promised delivery of my 5 furnaces since Rick Fulcher, Arthur Turple and Brian Nadeau emailed me and said they were arranging delivery on december 1st.  the last email I got from Rick Fulcher was on December 13th that said he was sorry for the delivery delay.  they have not answered their phones or responded to emails since then.  the only think I ever heard since then was when I called Brian and he said that he had nothing to do with delivery.
I emailed all three of them and the only one that answered was Brian Nadeau.  He said, "I joined the company shortly before you (meaning me) and I (meaning Brian) have over $145,000 into the company.  I think he was trying to say that he has also been ripped off.
As I said in my other posting, I was extremely naive and was trusting in that they were Godly people.  I have always been too trusting as I have always placed my faith in God that he will take care of our needs.  Rick, Brian and Arthur (especially Rick) made it seem like we were all on the same page as far as Christianity.  Boy do I feel betrayed now!!!
if you folks can help me fill in the lack of knowledge I am acquiring on these folks it would be greatly appreciated.  I am not computer savvy and should have checked into them more than I did (in hind sight).  I did not know of this BLOG and am paying for that now.
I have hired a private detective and skip trace and I also have boots on the ground in each of their three personal spaces (so to speak).  I want them to know that bankruptcy will not help them and I will find them.  I want them to know that all I want them to do is call me and discuss it.  I want a personal meeting with each one of them and sooner or later I will get it.  I have no problem spending more money on finding them as this is not going to go away.  I will also be contacting the FBI, local officials and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police if that is still a path worth taking.

Well, folks my name is John Ainlay...I am sure Arthur Turple, Rick Fulcher and Brian Nadeau know of me very well.  After finding this BLOG (feeling extremely DUMB!!!!) I have realized that I have been taken to the cleaners for the first time in my life.
I ordered 5 furnaces and was being set up as a dealer back in September and October.  I believed everything Rick Fulcher and Arthur Turple and Brian Nadeau had to say....HOOK LINE and SINKER!!!!.
 I have never been swindled like this before and my wife says that I am always too trusting.  I have always relied on living for the Lord and believing that he is watching over me and my family.  They came off as Godly people and so I just ran a BBB check and looked up Rip Off .com to see if they were listed.  I did not find anything.  I am not very computer savvy and I am paying for that now.  I have hired a Private detective and a skip trace to find these people.  I want them to know that if they are moving...experiencing problems...having hard times.... or whatever, all they have to do is call me.  They have my $42,700.00 and all I want is answers.  I don't understand what is so hard about communicating with me.  Why can't they just pick up the phone and discuss their problems.  I am not unreasonable and I do understand that sometimes people run into problems in life that make it difficult to meet their commitments.  Unfortunately, I can't do anything to help and I can't do anything to resolve the problem if they won't talk to me.  They also need to understand that filing for bankruptcy will not help them.  Since it appears as though they have no ability to manufacture my furnaces, it makes it criminal when they took my money.  I have left numerous messages, emails etc with no response.  I now have their all of their personal addresses, phone numbers and have people on the ground locally in all three of their areas.  I would like to hear from anyone that can help.
