I got the same run around thing from CB it took 2 years to get my money back. It is the worst stove on the market. I know lot of people with HM HMaster WD NC MW HS ever company had there problem. I bought a HAWKEN ENERGY stove and is very  happy with the way it work had it for 2 years work perfect. The factory rep is a real nice and knows a lot about OWB. He has been selling stove for 20 years. I take to him a week a go he just pull out 2 more CB and replace them with Hawken stove. So they must be doing something right he did tell me that Hawken should have never  got hook up with GH. But who knew that GH was welding SS stove with mildsteel wire it wased Hawken problem. Hawken spent a lot of money to get GH to fix the GH stove.
