Title: adjusting log lift
Post by: the trailmaster on October 12, 2014, 05:07:01 AM
Need some advice.  Have a TW-3 hd with log lift and an adjustable wedge.  This unit is sweet, however using the log lift to quickly can kill the tractor engine.  I'm thinking this is just an adjustment of the valve any suggestions?  Maybe someone has had the same issue.  Thank you all

You should have an adjustment on your tractor that regulates the flow of oil to make the remote work faster or slower depending on how you set it

This unit has a pump off the PTO and the unit is self contained.  I should have explained it better.

Try idling down your tractor before you engage the lift
