Why do you have your wood sideways in your boiler?  It's a round burn chamber long ways makes more sense no?

i just had one piece sideways by the door. The rest of it was in longways, front to back. Just packing it in for the night.

nice video! I always enjoy seeing others set ups! looks like it is holding up well! a very simple design that will probably last you for years to come!
