Plumbing / grade my boiler/pipe/pump/install schematic/ MY drawing :)

here it is ,I'm looking for input !! a few things to take note of > the boiler is 12' higher than the shop and 6o' of line one way>>> AND the house is not going to be used/not turned on this year ...........1. the slant fin is on ceiling of boiler shed (walk in cooler) with zone valve-- for heat dump as power goes out often. 2. supply line out of boiler is 1.25 iron (until it heads to the air scoop-then its all 1") , after the tee on the supply-- its 1"pex.. the only 90deg angles /are on the iron fittings (all lines to and from shop and house at 1.25pex marked by the "big red and blue blocks) 3. pump in boiler shed is """007 Variable Speed Delta-T Cast Iron Circulator Pump, 1" threaded 115V""" 4. not shown-but in the shop is a """" one inch 4 Way Outdoor Reset I-Series Mixing Valve, Threaded"""" and a 15-58 3 speed pump to run the water thru the 1/2" uponor/4 zone system in the concrete of the 28x42' slab............... .any pointers tips??? I heard one already ..."u want the supply pump to push the water ... up.../because of cavitation"""

I have my boiler in a "walk in freezer" I would like to have a hood over the door on a switch ..so I could turn on a fan...open the firebox and no smoke rollin in my room/shed any ideas pics /links would be great... like this on page 36 www.aqua-therm.com/aquatherm_manual_010109.pdf

Plumbing / fittings for my 1 1/4 thermo pex /to manifold hook up

will I got the piping into the building ,now I need to mount it to some uni-a-strut ... ...now here's my ? ...... I need a fitting on my 1 1/4 pipe r&s lines to hook into a EPM from upnor looks like i'll have to neck it down to 1" to hook it to the manifold...I've been using " pex supply" ....any ideas?

I off and running!! install in progress! 1st pic is of 5' of peeled pipe ...so I can insert it into my 6" abs pipe that I have under the slab and stubbed up into the inside slab> I also placed a hard plastic line in between them so once i'm done I can "add spray foam and seal the line from the inside to the out side ! 
2nd pic is oF the black mean snake laying in the yard 
..waiting to fight with me ! 3rd pic ..Is just a shot looking down> "the white foam surrounding my shop" pipe to enter under footing is under it ....(slab on grade) 4thpic> it my thermo pex INSIDE a 6" pipe ..the flex stuff u buy in a coil at the big orange " home death spot" (THD)...I ran some 10/3 wire along with it ...more to come as I plan to box in the pipe ...like a T with two legs insulation on both side and a board of it across the top

I was looking at buffer tanks and such, they seem to be insulated the same..ie 2" of foam wrapped with a shell...the buffer tanks have lots of holes for mounting pipes/lines but the cost is HIgh for the buffer tanks......(80 gal 2600-00$ in these parts..

newbe here, I'm putting in the lines (I have 1.25 lines) this spring...... 1 to the house@75' and 1 to the shop @60'. I plan to bury it with a 10/3 power feeder and a 6pair wire for some control/monitoring systems...of some sort along with some 14/2 wire to feed a outside light that I can turn on and off any where in the house /check on the fire/smoke. as I move along with the "setup"there maybe some pumps/water storage in both the house and shop
