31 degrees here at the Fryburg Fair this morning, I had better get out of the bus and fire up the show boiler, the security guards look cold.

Well I was contemplating holding off for another week but since reading this I'm gonna fire her up tomorrow when I get off work! My 500 gallon propane tank is reading 5%, haven't filled it in 2 years and looks like I won't fill it until next May or when I shut  down boiler

Nope, It's been in the 60's, & 70's the last few weeks, more of the same next week for Wisconsin.

My brother started his new P&M BL 2840 last weekend, he said it was 91 degrees in his pole shed Monday from in floor heat. He lives 20 miles South of me.

I had my bl2840 running last weekend but turned it off on Monday. going to be cool tonight but warm during the day for the rest of the weekend - looking like it will be another week before I turn it on again - this time for the rest of the season.

Never shut ours down.  Heated DHW all summer long with about about 1 cord of wood.  Turned two valves on the heat exchanger last week.  House and barn stays warm.  Life is good in southern Indiana!

Fired up today all was good till my  solenoid failed to open my draft. Good thing I have a spare. Got 2 seasons out of it. No big deal all is good now.
