setting temp on mixing valves is brutal

im no heating guy but im handy around most things,but these mixn valves are brutal to set,running up and down the stairs,the god darn lazer gun doesn't work on copper pipes only plastic,errr im gonna looser,anyhow finaly got them set some what.alittle high in the infloor but that's enough for tonite....honey well valves....should have readings on them,thats my rant for the week

Wrap the copper pipe with black electrical tape on the copper where u want to take the temp. You should be a better reading.

My mixing valves came with temp strips that you stick on to the mixed pipe after the valve. Turn on that loop and adjust the heat setting to desired temp
