Say Swede...is there a hole in the rear of that furnace so that  long wood fits in there?  I'm looking at the size of the unit and then I'm looking at the wood you have piled to the right.   :D

Meaning that it really isn't an out building, but then again it is...because it is outside, but it's not really.....out.  Well my mind knows what I'm trying to say.   :bash:

Thanks a bunch guys....I "never" should have showed these photos to my wife.  So I guess I'll be back to the drawing board.  Have plenty of time to modify my "already" bought plans.

I suppose I can always move the proposed woodshed out 10' and have the middle 16' section for the wood and the south end enclosed for the OWF; and the north end closed off for my splitter/saws and anything dealing with wood cutting.  My friends are not going to like me come Spring.  Grrrrr........

But I think these are great OWF/wood enclosures!!!!

Hey you finally got it finished! looks great Treewinder!!!

Got it done just in time for the first fire.  It is actually aside my 2 bay garage, house is 80' away.  But wanted to keep it out of the weather and 1.5 cord of wood in storage with it.  My wife has loading duty, mine is to cut wood and keep a paycheck coming.  She has sole control of the thermostat so I explained that in order for that to work she had to assume full duties for feeding the new addition to the family.

great looking bunch of set-ups here, keep them coming.

I like that,  might have to extend mine in the back to hold more.

No issues here, just had to use a licensed electrician.

I do like that setup Treewinder. When I finally decide which one to install, I've thought about putting some type of covered walkway to the furnace. Or even one that I could cover in the winter to keep the winds from hitting me.
