Title: Roast for supper
Post by: wmbeau on December 22, 2011, 06:53:01 PM
Fired my Optimizer 250 up 2 weeks ago. Already cooked a pair of cornish hens and a corned beef brisket. The beef came out wonderful. It cooked on "idle" for 30 hours. (need a warm day for this). The hens were okay they cooked for 1 1/2 hours with the "cycle on".
