Great thread I am new also hooked my boiler right up to the manifold turned the boiler to 135 and it worked great but learned from experienced guys to put mixing valve in. Running my house at 105 in and its coming out at 87-90 depending on the temps it has been -40 for the last wk.  I run three speed pumps on the inside to the manifold so you can speed them up or slow them down to change the delta and help fine tune. Still tweaking mine but finding the room temp seems to be about 5 degrees lower then the floor temp.
