« on: January 27, 2019, 11:25:50 AM »
Does anyone have specs on an older Bp200k hanging heater. This one has the stepup step down converter onit with a 220v fan. I am wondering how many cfm's it is. I think my fan is going bad an slowing down after it runs cause I am no longer getting the heat out of it I once did.

I sprayed it down with a mixture of diesel fuel in gear oil at the end of every season to help it from rusting.

« on: February 17, 2014, 08:43:44 PM »
What cause the actuator on the draft fan flapper to make a buzzing sound when it is actuated? It works just fine but it's driving me nuts a lot of times you can turn it off and turn it back on in the noise goes away. Any ideas on how to fix it?

General Outdoor Furnace Discussion / water ph level
« on: December 01, 2013, 11:17:08 AM »
What should water ph be in boiler? Natures comfort guy I talked to at the factory didn't have a clue. boiler solutions tested it at 11.8
and says its ok and no action required. Others around here say its way to high and that's what ate out my fitting already. If it is to
high how do you lower it? The paper that came in the test kit I got says below 7 will cause it to be more corrosive?

« on: February 10, 2013, 08:06:17 AM »
This is the third pump in say 8 months of burning cause i don't run it year round. I took this one apart and found chunks of black grit stuck in plastic propeller the smaller pieces were bigger bit they broke on removal. It almost looks like black beauty sand blasting shot.

Natures Comfort / adding bars
« on: November 27, 2012, 09:10:23 AM »
I seen some talk about adding bars in between the fire brick, my question is will this help hold the ash in for better burn time. I have to empty the ash pan way to often with to much ash chunks big chunks. I almost got 30 gallon container full of as this year burning seasoned oak and cherry.

Natures Comfort / ash pan
« on: November 04, 2012, 06:31:42 PM »
Ok what am I doing wrong? This is my second season with the nc250 and my ash pan has warped in the back and the paint is burnt of the sides. Now the back isn't really under the opening where the fire burns so why is it getting so hot?
