Title: NC Treatment?

Is there a "generic"  water treatment to use with my NCB175 or is the Nature's Comfort brand something special? I just drained it today and need to refill tomorrow.

probably not, but it may void your warranty if you use something else of course.

You could use Woodboiler Solutions (treatment solutions 101) but it won't be any cheaper than Nature's Comfort brand. That is what they used to use. I am not sure who is the current mfg of what they use.
