Here is an update.

Jeff at Z-supply has gone above and beyond.  He has made up another length of pipe and is doing so at no cost to me.

I have told him that I live in a wooded area and beleive a tree root has puctured the casing and I feel it is not thier companies problem.
Yet he is till going to replace it, plus incase it in an additional 5 inch pipe around the 4 inch.

In a time when it seems like customer satisfaction is fading, Jeff and Z-supply have proven that customer satisfaction is still alive and doing well. This kind of business will keep them going.
I know for all my future needs for piping who my business will be with and who's products I will purchase and recomend to others

Thanks again Z-supply

Sounds like Z-supply but their 5 wrap is in a 5" tile.

Received a very surprising and very unexpected call from Z-supply last night.

Will keep everyone updated.

As far as brand ?  It is a 5 wrap and the casing is off white.

Still buried in the ground, have not dug it up yet.

50 - 60 foot run Big wood

Runs right out of the pipe.  Trust me, I really don't want to dig it up again.

I think I know the answer but looking for opinions.

The last few weeks we have had over 4 inches of rain, the problem I am having is water coming into my basement through the tube the lines are in.
I have the 5 wrap in the 4 inch pipe.
I am assuming somehow a hole got into the tubing, I am contemplating digging up the lines and just sliding a 5 or 6 inch tube over the already existing tube..

Good idea or bad idea?

Thanks

Hawken Energy, set at 185 with a 20 degree differential.
Heating 1200 sq ft and hot water. Keep house at 74 degrees.
Always get at least a 24 hour burn, even when in the single digits.  When in the 30's a 1-2 day burn.

Went away last winter for 4 days, turned the house t-stat down to 64. Loaded it full. Got home and called my dad to ask if he had filled my burner while we were gone, there was till probably half of the wood left.
It was in the low 30's while we were gone.

A lot depends on how much heat you pull out of the water.

Yep, I looked at them also.

Hawken just gave me a better feeling after speaking with them, and the factory is within a few hours of me
