General Outdoor Furnace Discussion / Getting Started with a out door boiler

Well after 6 years I think the oil guys kid is done with college so I am getting a outdoor wood furnace I am in MA so it has to be EPA I have to stop by next week with my deposit I looked around and the central boiler 1400 seems to be a good fit the EPA sticker seems to bump boilers up to the 10K range I am thinking in the end it will cost me about 12.5k, any advice would be great I am starting to dig the trunch for the insulated pipe .
