I'm trying to see what everyone's temps are coming out of their vents. We have a Shaver - ~ 120 ft travel into our first exchanger and vent temp (located ~ 15 ft from furnace) is around 125 Degrees. In the past, we have had higher, like around 140 but can't quite figure out what the issue(s) are. Temp at furnace is set at 175 degrees.

Also, what is a good product to put in the water to eliminate scale build up without lowering water temp.

My vent temp is around 112 but there are a lot of factors so you will find a lot of different vent temps from people.  I'm at 175 -185 and about 125 ft from house.

Vent temps vary a lot. Length of run, insulated or uninsulated, does it run thru a unheated crawl space, up an exterior wall, etc.

If you are going from wood boiler straight to the water to air heat exchanger, won't it depend on where you were at in a burn cycle?  You may have checked it when a cycle just ended, and sometimes depending on the conditions the temp. will overshoot and your air will be the hottest.

How long ago were you at 140? It could be scale/slime buildup or even your pump could be wearing out a little not moving the GPM like it use to.

It's been about 3 - 4 years on the 140 degrees. Changed the pump out. I checked temp going into exchanger and it read around 155. Pipes are 3+ feet down and wrapped with insulation. crawl space heated by heat coming off pex pipes.
