Well i finally have wifi at my house . I'm looking for options for viewing the furnace temp. I only need to see it , not interested in changing it as i rarely ever do. I'm currently using a Ranco on a Shaver 290 stove. So far i've been leaning towards using a security camera but hopefully theres a better way . Thanks in advance.

How much do you want to spend?

Look into the x300 or x320 from Control by Web. Monitor your temps from anywhere with a web based system. Can even add relays or other input/outputs to monitor stuff. I just got my x320 setup to monitor my temps (6 different temps at a time) and am working on getting it to monitor and let me know when the blower is one and later I will use it to monitor and control the heat in my pole barn as well.

Been running the furnace for alot of years now .The only real problem that i have is not knowing what the temp is . Its only the wife and i at home and some times i work long hours . Furnace is 200' away from the house . As far as how much do i want to spend , I'd say like 100-200 . I will check that site , control by web . thanks .
