Hard to guess with it that spread out, bottom pic with truck in it looks like a lot more wood. 5 cord is my guess.

Plumbing / Re: Double wall flat plate?
« on: February 13, 2014, 10:54:05 AM »
Buy a quality plate hx 5x12 1"mpt and forget that double wall stuff unless you have a lot of money you just want to spend or have to meet "code". Quality ones are 316 stainless and are copper brazed and what most on here have I'm sure.

Went to work in 12 inchs of snow @ 4:30 this morning......beautiful! VDOT hadn't touched the side roads and it was fun in the ole jeep, the km2's are great in the snow not a bit of problem. Pic of jeep right out of the garage.

Victor forgot to take his meds today so please ignore his post and start reading, seriously its not a one or the other answer and their are variables like a knowledgeable dealer to install or at least be there when you need them.

Unless your lines between house and owf lose a lot of temp. Shouldn't be but a few degrees difference.

My brother in law has mentioned blowing up a few generators that were back fed into the system without the meter being pulled.

He likes pulling the meter because he says just throwing the breaker isn't always enough, He says sometimes neutrals carry voltage.
Just repeating what I have been told and he has been a lineman for 25 years and works with it every day, climbing poles etc..

If neutral carried power it would go straight to ground, thats the way the U.S. power grid works  anyway.
I have mine hooked up same as honda, works perfect. If you have to ask how power works you should pay an electrician to do it for you and he will follow the "code".

I have seen a lot of post that had pics that now say "[attachment deleted by admin for space issues]"  so its definitely a space issue on the forum storage end not something us users are doing wrong. And some of those pics could have helped others with installation and ideas so its not good, the site needs to be fixed and they shouldn't be deleting our pics as maybe its a way of selecting who gets the picture advertising and delete the competition.......that's a conspiracy theory  but if the owner would give an explanation we would probably understand. Hint hint

Your not the first to do that and wont be the last I'm sure. Don't drink and load the stove may apply in your case!  8)

Want to make this post funny?   :D Go back and read the original post but at the end of every sentence fill in -  "In bed"!  Its a classic......lol    example: E2400 will eat the competition. "In bed".

Sorry folks, but CENTRAL BOILER is the only way to go. E2400 will eat the competition.

I think this line says it all! If the next newbie is from lets say Va. From where we don't have phase  2 regs. and lives in a 1600 sq.ft. ranch and doesn't cut his wood a year or two ahead of time and drives a car that cost less than this boiler is this the stove he needs? Its posted in a general discussion forum and we are discussing it. Could it have been said different? Sure maybe he will edit it to be more hes happy with his purchase and less about if you dont have that stove/company your stoopid.  :o
