The epa is out of control! I recently got a survey from my congressman and one of the questions was, "Do you support or oppose a reduction in the number of employees at the EPA responsible for writing new regulations?" Of course I fully support a reduction as we have enough regs.

What a bunch of crap!  When we do a road project here in Michigan, the epa demands any disturbed wetlands be rebuilt twicw as big as the disturbed area.  Here this guy creates a wetland from zero and they still are not happy.  The disturbed area is between the ears of most, if not all, of the political entities.  I hate to see him go bankrupt fighting for what is right.  I promise that is exactly what they will make him do, and drop the "charges" right after all his money is depleted.
