We've had some cold, sub-zero temps this year in my area of NH but nothing like last year.  I thought it supposed to be another very cold winter.  I'm not complaining...   :)   Roger

It was -6 here yesterday with blizzard winds moving the snow around. I was feeding the boiler lots of wood yesterday as the strong north wind was pushing my insulated garage doors back allowing the cold in the sides. It is -24 here right now, but no wind so it is a lot better.

Furnace was running a lot yesterday. Frigid Temps and high winds will let you know in a hurry where you need to insulate more.

Looks like winter is finally coming! -31 Fahrenheit tonight not including wind chill.  This is what the Optimizer 250 really likes running wide open with little idling.

I love seeing the giant steam plume out of the chimney burning clean at these low temps.
