General Outdoor Furnace Discussion / GAS PRICES
« on: February 12, 2012, 05:07:08 PM »
So watching the national news (NBC)..They are saying it could be the highest ever at the pump by Memorial Day.. $4.35 for Boston, $4.95 Chicago. $4.75 for LA....I can't even imagine heating oil/propane prices next winter considering K-1 is $4.36 a gallon and heating oil is $3.79 + a gallon currently in NH....Def the best investment of owning the OWB..

Had some kind of set up in the back of the bed of the truck..Piped the wood gas to the intake of the engine...Pretty neat..Anyone out there ever hear of wood gas power? What size does everyone cut there fire wood?..Just curious... If you burn 3 or 4 foot wood length...Its it worth burning that size wood? Is it a waste at that size?  Cut smaller wood get more wood out of grapple load?...i split mine 25 inches..only cause its the max my splitter will do. Just curious.
