Haven't decided yet. Don't really wanna flip the switch for the water heater. May burn all summer.

Once I installed the sidearm heater for the old man last fall, he has publically stated that he will not be shutting down the boiler, as he enjoys HOT showers

I threw wood in for the last time on April 30th, still got a few embers in there. Temp was still over 100 this morning.

Let's just say it wasn't what I expected after running a large Wood Doctor for nine years. Check my other posts....
I'm shut down and delivering the 7500 early next week to a gentleman who it will work great for.

I will say the people at Ridgewood have been great to work with.

What kind of problems were you having with it?

I ran out of wood about a month ago.  Maybe around 9-10 cords used.  I gotta cut more for next season :-X

I shut mine down 2 weeks ago. I have to burn some propane, or they charge me rent on the tank.... Bought home a truck load of cardboard and burned that last weekend to help clean out the stove. Been cutting my wood to length and putting in piles to dry more for next year. Was real happy with the boiler my first winter and had no issues at all.
